The Gansevoort South is a hotel and condominium located on the oceanfront of Miami Beach.  It was a multi-million dollar renovation of the historic Roney Plaza. The landscaping consisted of five separate areas, each with a distinct landscape character. The landscape at the hotel and condominium entrances was designed to provide a sense of arrival at a resort destination. The mezzanine pool & roof top pool areas were designed to provide a relaxing and playful environment, while the Beach Club area was designed to accentuate the adjacent boardwalk and incorporate native beachfront plantings.
